We redesigned and redeveloped Newport Art Museum's website to refresh their brand identity, and added a vast array of e-commerce and membership functionality that wasn't available previously. The new site features e-commerce functionality such as event registration, education program registration, donations, and membership purchasing and management. During the web design process, we identified with the museum the need for a new Customer Relationship Management(CRM) platform. We designed a new CRM in Salesforce, and migrated the existing data into the new CRM. This created opportunities for integration between the website and the CRM that significantly improve the operations of the museum.
